EazyBiz360 Terms of Service
Effective 15 October 2026
These terms govern the use of EazyBiz360, a web application operated by KCRP SOLUTION, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (SSM 202003023102) (“we”, “us”). By using EazyBiz360, the business that signs up (the “Business Customer”) and every person it gives access to agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
1. The service
EazyBiz360 helps home-service businesses in Malaysia run their work: bookings and schedules, customer records, invoices and quotations (PDF), staff schedules and payroll, and an optional WhatsApp module that connects the business’s own WhatsApp number through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Features may differ between plans and may change as the service develops.
2. Accounts and staff access
- The Business Customer’s owner creates accounts for its staff and decides what each role can see and do.
- The Business Customer is responsible for everything done under its accounts, for keeping passwords private, for removing access when a person leaves, and for telling us promptly of any unauthorised use.
- The information given to us when setting up the account must be accurate.
3. Business Customer obligations
- Use EazyBiz360 lawfully, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and have a lawful basis, such as the customer’s consent or an existing customer relationship, for the data it enters and for every person it messages.
- When using the WhatsApp module, comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta’s terms, and respect customers’ requests to stop receiving messages.
- Not use EazyBiz360 to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to mislead or harass anyone, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to upload unlawful or harmful content.
- Not try to access other companies’ data, disrupt the service, or get around its security or limits.
4. Third-party charges
Where applicable, charges made by Meta for WhatsApp messages, and usage of the AI features (provided by Anthropic), are the Business Customer’s own cost, in addition to any fee agreed with us for EazyBiz360. The app shows usage estimates where it can, but the provider’s own billing is what counts.
5. AI drafts
If the Business Customer turns the AI on, EazyBiz360 can tag chats and draft or send replies as the business configures. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. The Business Customer must review its AI settings and the drafts it uses, and is responsible for every message sent from its number, including those sent automatically under settings it chose.
6. Availability
We work to keep EazyBiz360 available and its data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be interrupted for maintenance, by failures of our providers (such as hosting, database or Meta’s WhatsApp platform) or by events outside our control, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising from the use of EazyBiz360, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the Business Customer paid us for EazyBiz360 in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.
8. Suspension
We may suspend an account or a feature (for example the WhatsApp module) if it is used in breach of these terms or of Meta’s policies, if it puts the service or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable we will tell the Business Customer first and give it a chance to fix the problem.
9. Ending the service, export and deletion
The Business Customer may stop using EazyBiz360 at any time, and we may end the service with reasonable notice. Before the account closes the Business Customer may ask us for an export of its data. After closure, its data is deleted on request or within a reasonable period, except records the law requires to be kept. See How to delete your data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and tell Business Customers about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use EazyBiz360 after that means accepting the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
